Activated Charcoal – here’s hoping it works hehe!
I asked Polyhex to pick up a bottle from Holland & Barrett cos my stomach is still iffy. Let’s just say it has the wind section of an entire orchestra in there together with the occasional drum solo!
I was prescribed this in Poland when I had a similar bout of the dreaded food poisoning, although admittedly what with going to a top class private clinic, I had a drip, two injections, and loads of other tablets to go along with, but hey charcoal is supposed to clean things out, apparently.
So here’s to the black stuff (the charcoal not Guinness) and a fit and well stomach come Saturday – yay!
